Frozen Gin & Tonics

Ingredients serves one double the given quantities to make two!

Ingredients 150 ml tonic water 50 ml gin of your choice 1 tsp caster sugar 1 tsp fresh lime juice scoop of ice sliced lime to garnish

Method... Pour the tonic into a glass and stir with a fork to remove the fizz. Place the tonic water, gin, sugar & lime juice in a nutri-bullet or blender along with the scoop of ice and blitz. Pour into a long glass to serve and garnish with a lime slice.

Collon House authentic Mojito

_Ingredients given serves one, double the quantities given to make 2__

Cut a lime into wedges, place in a large glass. Add 2 tsp of white sugar and stir. Crush a dozen mint leaves to release the flavour and aroma, add to the lime & sugar and top up with crushed ice. Add 50ml Bacardi and stir to dissolve the sugar.Top up with more crushed ice, add some soda water to taste. Stir well, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig before serving.
