Built in 1888, by the great-grandfather of the current owner, the house is set at the end of a short drive and is surrounded by mature oak, sycamore and pine trees. The reception rooms are beautifully spacious with high ceilings and ornate cornicing. The dining room boasts a large antique table and a Broadwood grand piano alongside the original fireplaces, pitch pine doors and woodwork. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfortable with well appointed en-suite bathrooms. There are exquisite views of the Mourne Mountains from one side of the house. Outside there is a vegetable garden and a patio for relaxing. Kiltariff Hall is only 45 minutes drive from Belfast and an hour from Dublin. Close by attractions include Castlewellan and Kilbroney Forest Parks and the award winning Murlough Beach by Newcastle. Storage space is provided for bikes and walking equipment.
