Calm, uncluttered country chic: the four self-catering cottages, tucked away in the courtyard, have been fashioned from the former granary and coach houses, and are country-farmhouse inspired, decorated with a timeless good taste and all the modern comforts.
They are smart but low-key, up-to-date but homely: think exposed wooden beams, open fires, fully-equipped kitchens, period pieces, shaker-style painted furniture, fat cushions and super soft comfy beds.
A COUNTRY HAVEN
Located within the grounds of a 700-acre private estate surrounded by forests and meadows, the cottages are perfectly secluded.
Ideal for rural escapes with family and friends but also within walking distance to the town of Castlerea with plenty of handy amenities such as two cafes, a bakery, two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a golf course right on the doorstep and plenty of family-friendly activities nearby.

This was the original steward’s house, a residence for the farm managers on the estate and is the largest of the holiday home cottages, sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twin rooms).
The generous living space is kept snug with two period fireplaces from the original seventeenth-century house and in the summer you can eat al fresco in the outdoor courtyard and barbecue area or avail of the rambling wooded walks, tennis court and fascinating history in the main house.
